Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your NustaFashion purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at contact@nustafashion.com or WhatsApp on +91 8369376554 to request a return or exchange.
  2. We will generate a return authorization number for you.
  3. Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include the return authorization number in the package.

Return shipping charges:

  • If you are returning a defective or wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping charges.
  • If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Exchange shipping charges:

  • If you are exchanging a product for a different size or color, we will pay for the exchange shipping charges.
  • If you are returning a product for a refund, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • We don’t accept products that are personalized/customized by customers. The product is made to order as per customer inputs.
  • Items that have been used.
  • Items that are returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
