Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your NustaFashion purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for t-shirts unless the item received is damaged or defective, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return or exchange an item:
- Contact us at contact@nustafashion.com or WhatsApp on +91 8369376554 to request a return or exchange.
- We will generate a return authorization number for you.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the return authorization number in the package.
Return shipping charges:
- If you are returning a defective or wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping charges.
- If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Exchange shipping charges:
- If you are exchanging a product for a different size or color, we will pay for the exchange shipping charges.
- If you are returning a product for a refund, you will be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- We don’t accept products that are personalized/customized by customers. The product is made to order as per customer inputs.
- Items that have been used.
- Items that are returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
